Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a cutting-edge treatment that involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurised environment. By increasing the atmospheric pressure and oxygen concentration, HBOT allows your body to absorb more oxygen than it would at normal pressure. This enhanced oxygen delivery accelerates the healing process, promotes cellular regeneration, and helps the body recover from various injuries and conditions more efficiently.
During a typical session, you will relax in a comfortable chamber while breathing in 100% oxygen. The pressurisation of the chamber increases oxygen absorption by the bloodstream, allowing oxygen to reach tissues that may be deprived of it, promoting repair and rejuvenation.
Key benefits:
Improves oxygen delivery to cells
Enhances healing and recovery
Wound healing and repair
Strengthens the immune
Enhances physical performance
Increase blood flow
Boosts cellular rejuvenation
Promotes collagen production
Enhances mental clarity
Frequently Asked
-
While HBOT is safe for most people, we do not recommend it for pregnant women. It also may not be suitable for those with certain conditions such as untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung), certain heart conditions, severe claustrophobia. Please consult with your healthcare provider first if you are not sure.
-
A HBOT session lasts for 60 minutes.
-
The frequency of HBOT sessions depends on your specific health goals. For general wellness and recovery, 2-3 sessions per week may be effective. For more acute conditions or injuries, daily sessions may be recommended for a short period, followed by maintenance treatments.
-
Most people report feeling relaxed during their HBOT session. However, as the chamber pressurises, you may experience a sensation similar to what you feel during takeoff in an airplane (a feeling of fullness in the ears). This is normal and can be relieved by yawning or swallowing.

You can wear comfortable clothing, such as loose-fitting clothes, during your session.
