Cryotherapy

What is Cryotherapy?

At Fluire, we use the °CRYO Arctic which introduces a new standard of safety in cryotherapy treatments by utilizing an air cooling system powered by advanced heat exchange technology, which can produce temperatures as low as -140°C. Unlike traditional cryotherapy, where liquid nitrogen is used to expose the body to super cold temperatures, the °CRYO Arctic eliminates direct contact with nitrogen gas.

Please note that your appointment is scheduled for a 15-minute time slot. During this time, we’ll review the process with you and cover any important details beforehand. We’ll provide you with thermal clothing for your session. The Cryotherapy treatment itself lasts 2–3 minutes, which is enough to experience the full range of cryotherapy benefits.

During the session, the intense cold triggers physiological responses such as increased heart rate, dilated blood vessels, immune activation to produce more white blood cells, and the release of endorphins by the endocrine system. These reactions deliver a range of health benefits for both body and mind, enhancing energy, well-being, and overall recovery.
