Float Therapy

Float therapy offers a unique, restorative experience that allows you to disconnect from the external world and reconnect with your body. In a serene, sensory-controlled environment, you float effortlessly in a tank filled with warm, high concentration of Epsom salt to create a buoyant effect, allowing you to float effortlessly on the surface.

This deep relaxation method is based on the concept of sensory deprivation, where the absence of sound, light, and gravity allows your body and mind to experience complete tranquility.

Did you know 1 hour of sleep in a float therapy session can be equivalent to 4-6 hours of uninterrupted deep sleep!?
