Terms and Conditions
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Fluire Wellness & Recovery Centre. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any services at Fluire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting our center directly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee with no refunds.
Late Arrivals:
Clients must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment (15 minutes for new clients).
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full service fee will still apply.
Health & Safety Policy
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before participating in any service.
Fluire reserves the right to deny services if a disclosed condition presents a risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Certain services may require medical clearance. Clients are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider if needed.
Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Fluire staff.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that wellness and recovery treatments, including but not limited to cryotherapy, float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric therapy, cold plunge, and IASTM massage therapy, involve potential risks, including but not limited to:
Cryotherapy – Skin burns, frostbite, changes in blood pressure, dizziness, or numbness.
Float Therapy – Claustrophobia, nausea, skin irritation, or dizziness.
Infrared Sauna – Dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion, or fainting.
Hyperbaric Therapy – Ear pressure discomfort, dizziness, or rare oxygen toxicity.
Cold Plunge – Cold shock, numbness, muscle cramps, or circulatory issues.
Red Light Therapy – Sensitivity reactions, mild eye strain, or temporary mild skin redness.
IASTM Massage Therapy – Bruising, soreness, skin irritation, or potential aggravation of existing injuries.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these treatments and release Fluire, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from personal injury, illness, or property damage.
Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and should consult a doctor if unsure about participating.
Conduct & Facility Policies
Clients must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other guests.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Clients must maintain personal hygiene, and showering before certain treatments may be required.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. Fluire is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or incomplete sessions.
Emergency Contact Information
Clients may be required to provide an emergency contact before participating in certain services.
Privacy Policy
Fluire respects your privacy and protects personal information in accordance with data protection laws.
Client information is used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
By providing contact details, clients consent to receive appointment reminders and promotional communications. Clients may opt out at any time.
Amendments & Policy Changes
Fluire reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any major changes via email or in-person notices.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking and using services at Fluire Wellness & Recovery Centre, you:
Confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Acknowledge the risks associated with participating in wellness and recovery treatments.
Agree to release Fluire from any liability related to your use of its services.
