What is Red Light Therapy?

Red light therapy. It is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific light wavelengths that do not have any damaging heat. This low-level light helps to stimulate cellular ATP energy production, which is vital for cellular regeneration. 

Red Light sessions go for 20 minutes. We generally advise to schedule 2-3 sessions minimum per week to start noticing results (however this purely depends on the severity of the injury and health issue).
