Float Therapy
What is Float Therapy?
Float therapy works by lying your body in a specialised float tank filled with Epsom salts and partially submerged in body-temperature water. The saltwater solution provides buoyancy, allowing you to float on the surface. It helps to encourage the mind and body to enter into a deeply meditative theta state. Did you know 1 hour of sleep in a float therapy session can be equivalent to 4-6 hours of uninterrupted deep sleep!
If you have never floated before, we recommend starting out with a couple of treatments in the first month to experience the full benefits of float therapy, then adjust as needed. Although many people experience benefits from their first float treatment!
