What is the Cold Plunge?

The rapid cold water helps to constrict the blood vessles, sending blood closer to your core and heart to maintain warmth.  This therapy is not only about physical rejuvenation but also mental resilience.

It is generally recommended to stay in the plunge between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust the time based on your personal comfort and experience.
